:bulletblack: My muse struck me again, this time with a lot of big sky in mind. The perfect weather around here has been making me restless. XD (Psst . . . sorry for the big ol' watermark. I've been hearing more stories of art theivers, and got uber paranoid! :ohnoes: )

^^ How awesome am I? I think I also just spent an hour and a half sitting there, moving the birds around and around and around to find the right 'spot'. XD

Well . . . there was always at least one thing about each bird's spot that bugged me. So I had to move it. XD

As for the stock, I simply look up vaugely what I have in mind in the 'stock images' filter of Deviantart. Like, I wanted something kinda dark for the sky . . . so I looked up "Stormy sky" in the stock images. Of course, you have to give credit to the people who took the picture once you find and use the right one.

i didn't know that!
...actually i had no idea what a stock image was until yesterday when i saw ur pic. XDDDD
good ol' context clues can be very helpful and specific.
yeah did you note them or something? to ask for permission? or just when u were don? (oh so curious)

All stock makers have different rules. Some will mention them in the description, some will direct you to their journal for rules. Most of them say 'leave a link so I know you used it' or something like that, others say 'no prints', ect.
